Love is... Life is...

- Love is a wild horse waiting to be tamed
- Life is a box with a hole to put your hand in
- Love is a bonfire with a pile of wood next to it
- Life is an empty book with blank pages
- Love is a letter with love and hate words
- Life is never perfect
- Love is to be lived for
- Life is a rock on the shore
- Love is a hurricane soon to end or begin
- Life is a bag of chex-mix
- Love is two trains headed for the same point
- Life is a silent video in black 'n white
- Love is unselfish
- Life is a dirt road with other off roads
- Love is the mountains, always changing
- Life is a story that someone will write
- Love is a closet of hats
- Life is a clock ticking backwards
- Love is a dark cloud in front of a bright moon
- Life is a burnt marshmallow with a gooey middle
- Love is a bowl of cereal eat it before soggy
- Life is a new born baby staring at nothing
- Love is lies burning a hole till the truth is reviled
- Life is a nail ready to be pounded into place

A Gift I'd Like to Give
Confusion is the main emotion that stops people in their tracks; makes them take a gander. A moment of frustration leading to anger and once they have pulled all their hair out, about that one thing you just can't seem to remember, get it, understand, bring together or solve. That is when we give in and ask what, who, why or anything else we want to know. "Help!" then it becomes Cristal clear.
In this world today lives are ending drastically, hearts are broken, promises torn from the very souls of its own purpose, and countries burned. Understanding is the only gift that has a chance to make that heart pumping, promises held strong and dept, and countries thriving.
The understanding gift is powerful enough to cover all that. Help and redeem moments as small as helping a stranger, to saving a country from war. If only everyone had the gift to understand; understand each other as well as your own spirit. Understand that one concept to succeed, understand why you should or should not do something.
The frustration of not being able to grasp a concept is one of my most hair ripping moments, as well as not knowing how to move my body a specific way in order to do a difficult or close to impossible action. I have found nothing is impossible, everyone can understand. If you were to just understand how to do that math problem. To understand that drugs do more than just give you that buzz to bear the pain. We can do so much more if we had that special gift to understand. I want to give it to all I know and more. May we all understand!
In my life my parents have taken things too fast from the beginning, too fast to understand what they were getting into. When the parents are the ones still trying to understand why certain things are important? That is when the kids change dramatically. My parents have not been able to understand for so many years that it's time to come to an understandable conclusion. Possibly it was just simply not to be.
I've realized that there are some things you can't give as a gift. With my help I could help them gain an understanding. But before I can give something that is part of me, I have to gain it for myself.
A relationship is the most challenging and most socially learning experience you can ever have. It becomes a studying course where your figure out who you are, who they are, how to understand each other and both change towards each other to become closer, both sacrificing in order to get the understanding we both need in order to make it work. When the time is right and we have both given all we can give. That is when I can both give and receive the gift of understanding.
The gift I would like to be able to give is also the gift I would like to receive. It has to go more than one way in order for anyone to have it. Understanding that one person I love the most; is the most precious gift I can be able to give. To understand someone so they can become their best. Then together we both will understand each other and become one.
